MLM Upline Leadership Training: Eliminating Limiting Beliefs

I have a theory about fantastical powers such as ESP, alchemy, the Midas touch etc… from fairy tales and myth. I believe in them…I choose to believe that these stories are metaphors for very real human abilities that some are able to foster. Seeing the future for example is about envisioning a future and then taking action to create it.

Turning lead into gold is the process of taking life’s most tough obstacles and turning it into success. The Midas touch is a warning about focusing too much energy on making money and losing sight of what is truly important in life but…I think of the Midas touch as having sound business sense.



This is what MLM Upline leaders do. They choose to believe whatever will lead to their success. MLM Upline leaders are like Wizards able to craft any outcome they desire. They do this by developing self-discipline. They possess mind control in that they are able to become the embodiment of whatever they wish to be. One technique they use is choosing beliefs that empower them to achieve their goals.

For example do you believe the economy can support your financial success? There is no right or wrong answer. Ultimately either answer can be logically justified to support and affirm your belief. You could sight consumer trends, business bankruptcy, credit restrictions, stock market statistics etc… The more you think about it the more evidence you will come up with to conclude without a shadow of a doubt that this is not the right time to build a business…

Of course if you said yes you are probably thinking about the fact that many are making six figures and more in this industry, MLM e-commerce is a multi-billion dollar industry, that there are people buying paper weights for thousands of dollars (saw this on the antique road show last night) etc… My intention is not to argue either way but to ask…

What is the likely result of holding one belief over the other? What belief will empower me to act? Which belief possesses more power to increase my likelihood for success?

MLM Upline leaders choose beliefs/attitudes that lead to their success.

• If just a single person can succeed in MLM I can do it too.
• I can learn anything I need to or find a way. This is an adventure.
• MLM has been brought into my life for a purpose.
• I am solely responsible for my success.
• I will succeed. I will do whatever it takes.
• I love my MLM business. It is my life’s passion.
• Every setback is simply a learning lesson bringing me closer to success.
• All I need is a plan. I already possess everything else I need to succeed.
• I will be one of the top MLM Upline leaders this year.
• MLM is my answer to better the lives of me, my family and other’s.

Seek out people who share your passion for MLM. Networking communities on-line can connect you to thousands of like-minded individuals. Find new sources of information such as newsletters, magazines, websites etc… that promote information that supports your success.

Your beliefs do not represent reality. They are simply what you accept to be true. If they were true they would be called your facts. Beliefs are the accumulation of facts that you choose to focus on. You can always find facts that contradict one another because reality is the accumulation of everything. To simplify the reality of chaos and miscellaneous facts into a mental framework that we can use to see success our brain groups information into symbolic representations. One such grouping we label as beliefs.

Choosing your beliefs is simply saying you choose to accept that a certain grouping of facts represents reality better than another grouping of facts. But reality allows for all of the facts to coexist. Therefore if your beliefs are only as strong as the data available to you. With an infinite number of facts it does not make sense to passionately defend any belief as there are many facts to support is opposite.

Why is this important? People fight and die over their beliefs. They identify themselves as their beliefs. So it can be difficult to just give them up. Mistaking belief for reality can be a critical mistake to achieving MLM success. Consciously choosing to adopt beliefs that support your success is not self-deception but self-mastery. Find as many facts as you need to reinforce the belief you have chosen. Act on these new empowering beliefs and you will see new powerful results. Then you will have experiential proof of your belief.

MLM Upline leaders recognize there is room for others and their belief systems, ways of doing business and accomplishing their goals. Leadership is about leading not pushing or dragging. By adopting beliefs that support success and then modeling the behaviors that lead to success they establish their credibility as leaders. Communicate your vision, values and beliefs passionately but not aggressively.

You do not want to convince others that your way is right but find others who share your perspective. This is how you qualify your leads and find the diamond prospects in the rough. This is how you find business partners that you will have fun working with.
