MLM Fraud or Success? The Real Source Of Residual Income

Once you have implemented a step by step plan to build the core of your business and have seen success then you are prepared to build your MLM downline and see the real MLM success you are looking for.

By establishing your website as a prospecting tool you will have enabled it to qualify candidates prior to reaching you. This is the front office of your business and your website serves as your HR department filtering candidates and presenting you with your top choices.

This system completely takes the desperation out of your prospecting efforts. You move from sales person (which is often perceived as an mlm fraud)to business owner.

Instead of cold-calling uninterested leads prospects are requesting information from you. They know what you are offering, they have gotten to know you through your site and now you can meet on equal ground. Two people looking to establish whether a mutually beneficial relationship would result from a business partnership.

For me this makes the process fun and natural. My personality does not lend itself well to sales. Therefore I present the entire business plan, tools, training, opportunity etc... to my prospects right from the start.

By the time I speak with someone it is as a consultant versus a sales person... so when I either get a phone call or make a phone call to a prospect I get excited. Not at the prospect of making a sale but at the prospect of finding a quality business partner.

This is the mindset you need to establish prior to ever getting your first distributor signed up. Otherwise you will practically never sign any. You absolutely need to establish the Leader mindset and develop success consciousness. Saturate your mind with information and it will spill out of you naturally when you receive a question.

There will be no need for sales scripts and canned responses. When someone speaks to you they will subconsciously pick up the vibe that you are the real deal. This is what I call “Inner MLM Training.” This is the master key to MLM success. Develop yourself as all success comes from inside.



Here are a few tips to avoid sounding like an mlm fraud and help build your MLM downline when speaking to a prospect.

• Do not sell and never pitch. Always present the information you have in a spirit of service.
• Do not be attached to the outcome. Remain unattached to the results of your conversation.
• Do not put down any other Sponsor or Opportunity. This only weakens your position and adds no value to the prospect.
• Never discuss your income. There are too many legal restrictions. It is not worth the liability.
• Avoid MLM fraud. Do not mislead in any way such as implying employment. Remember you are both independent business owners.
• Do not become the interviewee. Ask questions to discover as much as you can about the prospect.
• Are you currently involved with MLM? Why are you looking to move?
• What are the major challenges you have faced?
• What marketing methods have you used? Have you seen any success with any of them?
• What are you looking to accomplish by becoming an independent business owner? What are your goals?
• What is it on my site that caused you to contact me?
• How would you like to proceed?
• Do not try to close your prospect. You are not a sales person. You are a marketer and they have responded to your message. Let them decide to close you…Ask, “How would you like to proceed?”

This is the value of “Inner MLM Training” as it moves you from a desperation mind-set to an abundance one.

MLM fraud versus success comes from within. The good news is everyone has this inside them. It’s just some people have been trained from the very start that this is true and others have been taught that it is not.

If you fall in the second category, which I found myself in, you need to reeducate yourself. Natural leaders had natural leaders for role models. We call this being “born with a silver spoon” but in reality they were simply given what each one of us knows we truly deserve. If this belief in ourselves has not been taught to us then we need to teach it to ourselves.

The fact that you are on the MLM path means somewhere you know this to be true. You deserve success. Once you exude this confidence to others people will respond. It is only through other people that you can find the success you are looking for but people only respond to people who believe in themselves so the only way to see the success you want is to find it within yourself.
