You don't need me to tell you that starting a profitable business online is not as easy as they always make out. First you have to pick the right product to promote, then you have to create websites, then you have to work out how to get traffic... the list goes on and on.

One of the hardest things however, is trying to work out what type of business you want to run. Do you want to spend all your time promoting other people's products? Do you want to trade your time for money and be a freelancer? Do you want to create tons of websites and sell advertising space? Or do you want to be in control by owning your own products?

Personally, I've tried all of these business models... and I can tell you, some of them will grind you down and you'll have hardly any money to show for it. On the other hand, one of the above methods is worth every second of your day (along with every penny in your pocket) investing in.

Which one? Without doubt, it is being in control and owning your own products.

Why? Because when you own your own products, you make more money from each sale. You also have the unique advantage of being able to attract affiliates, do JV's, or just sell the business off if you want to!

Despite this, when I started out, it was affiliate marketing that seemed like the ideal choice instead. After all, you don't have to create products and there is no commitment involved. However, the reality is that affiliate marketing takes just as much work (if not more) to make good money as owning your own products does.

The problem with affiliate marketing, is that you're not secure. You don't know how long that product will be available online for, and all of your hard work can be flushed away if the product owner suddenly decides to jump ship!

The other problem with affiliate marketing, is that you will always have a hard time separating yourself from the competition. After all, if 30 other people are running ads next to yours and are all selling the same thing ... how do you really expect to compete?

And ultimately, why bother only taking 50% commissions, when you could have your own similar products taking 100%?

I soon got tired of affiliate marketing and decided to work freelance instead. Although the money is sometimes better than affiliate marketing, you never really know where your next pay cheque is going to come from.

The last thing I tried was building websites and trying to get ranked in Google for some free traffic. I would make money by selling advertising space. The problem is, you have to spend a lot of time picking the right products to promote, or spend weeks trying to find the right type of advertiser who will pay you good money ... and that's before your website even gets ranked in Google (and boy, that will take a lot of hard work and patience).

I'm not saying all of this to make you think there's no hope ... because these methods can work for you, and they can produce decent money as they did for me. But what I am trying to say to you, is that there is a better and easier way to make more money and with less effort ...

...and that is by creating your own product instead.

I am sure you have probably heard people say this a lot, but there is a reason why ...because it's true!

Sadly, the reason why most people never take this route is because they don't know where to start, and have to continually buy several products as they progress through each step of the process. You see, there are several stages you need to go through when creating an info product business that makes money, and there are thousands of eBooks which will try and teach you each individual element.

What you really need, is an all in one system to take you through the whole process. At least, that's what I was looking for when I started my info product business.
I won't lie to you, there will be some work involved ... but the payoff is that you will have a business which is full of security and opportunity unlike any other business model online.

That's why I decided to seek out a system which could teach me the steps I needed to create my own info product business. After a lot of trial and error, along with a lot of time and money wasted, I believe I have found a system which delivers that promise.
