It’s time to get serious. You are running a business here aren’t you? We are at the end of the first quarter of the year and it’s time to look at the numbers. How did your business do?
Taking an honest look at your results can be hard…especially if you don’t have any to speak of. However it is crucial that you do or you will never do what needs to be done. And let’s face it…
Something needs to be done.
Have you achieved your first quarter revenue goal? Are you on track to at least? If not…what are you going to do about it? If you do what you have always done…
Making radical changes to your business is difficult. After all you have invested a lot of time and energy into what you are doing. Being self employed means wearing multiple hats. Day in and day out I consider myself an “administrative assistant” as my daily duties are just that. I respond to an e-mail or two, schedule a couple meetings, fix a broken link, approve a submission, post a testimonial etc…
But this is the time of year I put my “executive” hat on and look at my results and make important decisions on how to grow my business, any directional changes needed and set my second quarter goals.
I suggest you take a day or two off from all that fun internet marketing your doing and do the same.

How MLM Secrets May Be Undermining Your Success
Are there any real MLM secrets left? From the hundreds of e-mails I get on the subject it doesn’t seem like it. In fact they may just be the reason you are struggling in the first place.If you are like me operating a home based business on the internet you are probably signed up to the top two or three MLM e-zines and newsletters in the business plus a couple of the top internet marketing ones.
Of course “somehow” you may have found yourself placed on a few others as well (even the Top marketers sell your information as leads) and before you know it…
You end up with 40 emails hitting your inbox every day... You may even find you get the exact same e-mail from multiple sources. Another “genius” move by marketers is to track unopened e-mail and resend under a new subject. Which is annoying to us outlook users who can preview and read entire messages without “opening” them… argh.
So it seems that every day there are new MLM secrets, new magic “must have” information being pitched a hundred times every week...

How to Develop Your Attraction Marketing Stories
Stories, metaphors, parables, allegories oh my…Whether it is a bedtime story designed to teach a child a life lesson, a campfire song to pass down the ancestry of the tribe or a spiritual leader conveying wisdom stories have proven themselves as effective means of capturing an audience and effectively communicating an idea.
Stories put the “attraction” in attraction marketing. Gather around! Let me tell you about our two headed camel found fighting with itself about which way to find water.
I let you go I would like to help you develop your own attraction marketing stories.
You will want to start with your most desired response and then work backward. From there develop the top three reasons why it makes sense to take this action.
Now take each one and correlate it to something completely unassociated with MLM. This is your starting point for your story. Then write your analysis in reverse. First your non MLM association, tie in your top three bullet points and then draw your conclusion which is your most wanted response.
